FAQ
Question: Are international artists eligible to apply for Phase 2 of the Del Rio Trail public art RFQ?
Answer: Yes. However, while we are not excluding international applicants from this RFQ, should you be selected for a commission, you would be responsible for any costs, licenses, permits, visas, or other legal requirements that might be associated with legally working in the US. While our office would support you in this, you would need to take the lead on securing any such requirements and would be solely responsible for this.
