From Ideas to Action: Advancing Cultural Equity in the Arts in Greater Sacramento
In January 2019, Metro Arts, with the Sacramento Region Community Foundation, held a day-long convening on advancing cultural equity in the arts in the Greater Sacramento Region. More than 150 individuals representing arts, education, and service organizations throughout the region came together for a day of inspirational and informative panels, keynotes, and working sessions focused on creating cross-cultural bridges and developing tools and strategies to advance equity in the arts.
